Once a claim has been entered into the system, a complete financial history of the claim can quickly and easily be retrieved at any time. The system automatically tracks all changes to financial information, ensuring that all changes can be accounted for. This acts as a safety guard against fraudulent claims.

Tracking of Actions

Claims entered into the Risk Management System are subject to the automatic tracking of all actions.
Whenever a claim is opened and modified, each action is recorded.
The action, date and the name of the operator are logged as soon as the screen is opened.
This screen may be used to add notes to particular actions, ensuring that anyone who opens the claim details will easily be able to pick up from where the claim was last left.
Responding to enquiries & following up on a claim is easy because all claim information is at your fingertips.
