Trapeez
Capture signatures on any mobile device


Trapeez is a Proof Of Delivery* app that may be used to capture a signature by signing directly onto your mobile device ("signature on glass") or by taking a photo of signed paperwork using the camera on your mobile device.

Trapeez is available in the iPhone, Windows and Android stores. Barcode scanning PDAs are also supported. The way that the app works will depend on whether you are using Apple, Android or Windows . Please note that the Windows app will be developed further to improve performance.

For companies running any of our logistics software you may use the existing barcoded manifests/runsheets/lodgements. If you don't have manifests you can use our new Google sheet add-on Trapeez runsheets.

* Proof Of Delivery (POD) refers to "sign on glass" or a photo of a paper connote.

Different Models

The mobile device you use will dictate the POD system available to you:

  • Capture POD & send to a central email address: 
    • Suitable for Android and PDA with barcode scanner
    • Requires no other software
    • POD is sent to a central Gmail account
  • Capture POD & transfer to desktop computer: 
    • Works on all platforms: Windows, Android, Apple and PDA with barcode scanner
    • Requires Indicar: an application that runs on your computer desktop.
    • Creates a PDF on your computer.
  • Capture POD & transfer to LABERG system: 
    • Works on all platforms: Windows, Android, Apple and PDA with barcode scanner
    • Can be used with LABERG products: Titan, Centaur, Whirlpool
    • Requires the LABERG application to be configured for Intranet and/or Internet access
    • Creates a PDF on your computer
  • Capture a POD and share it with others:  
    • Works on all platforms: Windows, Android, Apple and PDA with barcode scanner
    • Requires Celos: LABERG's new project sharing platform
    • Creates a PDF on your computer

How does it work?

Download the application onto any mobile device or PDA
Scan a barcode using the camera on your mobile device or by laser scanner on a PDA. (Don't use barcodes? Click Here)
Signatures can be captured on the screen using a finger or capacitive stylus
Paperwork can be captured using the camera on your device
The signature is sent as an email to a central email address (Android)
No internet connection? The data will be stored until you are connected again.
